Our Québec City branch specializes in the sale of reputable brand electric motors and their peripheral accessories, variable speed drives, speed reducers, soft starters and active filters.
The electrical engineering department comprises experienced engineers supported by qualified personnel, who manage integration projects, panel mounting, sales and repairs of variable speed drives, as well as industrial projects, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) and service calls.
We provide 24/7 service for the sale and repair of electric motors and electronics.

In operation for over 60 years, formerly M Électrique, our Trois-Rivières branch’s workshop is renowned in the region for the repair and modification of all types of motors, up to 3000 horsepower.

Formerly C.B.L., our Jonquière branch has been in operation since 1949.
With a team of professionals and electro-mechanics, we specialize in low to very high-power electric motors, transformers, generators, pumps and other rotary industrial equipment.
Our quality management system is ISO 9001 : 2015 certified and its registration is administered by QMI (Quality Management Institute), a division of the Canadian Standards Association (CSA).
Calibration and balancing of mechanical and electrical precision tools, response to customers’ technical specifications, rigorous monitoring of procedures and tests, and final verification allow us to deliver products and services that meet our customers’ expectations.
Since February 21, 2020, our Jonquière workshop has been recognized as a certified partner-repairer for the ABB Authorized Service Provider program. To achieve this, MEL had to satisfy a rigorous and intensive audit. MEL is proud to hold this certificate, which confirms our know-how and commitment to providing the highest level of services.
